Description

Your role as Santa is vital to the success of the tour and guest experience, it is hugely important that you bring the magic, and embody the character at all times.

It’s important for Santa to have an authentic accent, be warm, kind and welcoming and display behaviour that reflects you being the ‘real’ Santa.

Other aspects of the role include ‘Present Distribution’, referencing specific information that has been written on children’s letters and working closely with elves and management to ensure the smooth running of the whole Santa experience.

What does the typical interview process look like?

• Stage 1: CV submission and completion of screening questions.

• Stage 2: Short video call, approx 45 minutes. A 'get to know each other' interview, to find out more about your experience.
