You will need to possess a high level of organisation, a friendly face, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and adapt to any unexpected circumstances.

The role of the Arctic Star comes down to how you make it. You could be the most organised person, but what really needs to shine through is your personality. You need to be confident speking in large groups of people as this will be a major part of your role, which will involve a microphone. Throughout the tour, there wiill be mulitple coaches running around the resort, so constant communication with other members of staff is key.
