the Role

As a General Assistant, you will be assisting in either our restaurants or being face-to-face with our guests, assisting with any questions they may have, and being a point of contact for them during their time in Lapland with us.

​

You will need to possess a high standard of being face to face with our guests, the ability to be flexible when needed, be able to deal with any issues that may arise during the guest's experience in Lapland and to have a friendly face all the time. 
 

Customer Service

Duties

Whilst out in Lapland you will be assisting in either our restaurants serving the guests their meals, as well as ensuring all restaurants are clean and up to a good standard throughout the day. If you are not part of the the team assisting in our restaurants you will be working very closely with our guests assisting with any questions, complaints, and issues that they may come across during their time with us in Lapland. Within this role, one of the duties will be making sure the guests are happy and looked after during the check in process at the airport and making sure the everything is ready for when the next guests arrive.

The specific of your position will be decided when in resort during our training process, however your duties will be include one or more of the roles described above.
