the Role
Your role as a Guest Experience team member is imperative to the running of our tours. You will be on the frontline armed with all the knowledge you need to be able to answer any queries from any of our customers or point them in the right direction.
Duties
General duties will include; Assisting in the office where needed, a continued presence at our Information Desks in the Hotels and providing an overall fantastic customer experience.

Other duties can include; Assisting guests with their accommodation, providing relevant information regarding our tours and handling paperwork.
We are looking for people who thrive and adapt in this type of working environment and are enthusiastic to be part of something magical. Christmas spirit is a must!
