Santa
Your role as Santa is vital to the success of the tour and guest experience, it is hugely import that you bring the magic of and embody all that is Santa, at all times.
It’s important for Santa to have an authentic accent, be kind and welcoming and display behaviour that reflects you being the ‘real’ Santa.
Other aspects of the role include ‘Present Distribution’, referencing specific information that has been written on children’s letters and working closely with the Elf Head of Departments and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the whole Santa experience.
Mrs
Claus
Mrs Claus assists the elves in bringing the magic and building the story as the families get close to finding Santa. Mrs Claus speaks in an authentic accent; she exudes kindness & warmth and has a welcoming presence about her.
She works closely with the Elf Head of Department and Team Leaders to ensure a seamless continuation of the story throughout the whole tour.
Other aspects of the role include being able to improvise and react to the different needs of each tour, storytelling and displaying behaviour that reflects you being the ‘real’ Mrs Claus. Santa is your husband; this is where you live, and the elves are part of your wider family.
