About
the Roles
Your Role as part of our Character Cast is imperative in delivering the Magical Experience our Guests have come to expect in all 5 of our resorts. Energy levels must be high and ideally, you will have experience with Holiday Park/Resort style entertainment.
Whilst on the location you will be required to intertwine games, songs and dances into the magical tours. Other responsibilities can include collecting, organising and distributing presents, mini snowmobile supervision and tobogganing as well as assisting the Arctic Rangers with the set-up of locations, lighting candles, fires and warming berry juice ready for customers.
Green Elves
Become a Green Elf in Lapland!
Green elves are a general term we use for all our elves without a pre-written back story (Eg: Snowy Bowy, Tricky Dicky etc).
They have unique personalities, quirks and behaviours which are up to the performer to decide, whilst all sharing a common love for all things Christmas!

Previous characters have had names such as: Tinselina, Teddy, Holly, Ginger etc, anything associated with the magical time of they year!

Applicants for all Character roles are expected to speak in an authentic elf accent which you will hear in the voice notes provided on each Character's description page.
Within the application, you will need to provide a 2-minute audition tape. This will be to introduce yourself, tell us a little bit about you and then a short Elf audition as the character you would like to apply for.
If you are auditioning for a Green Elf, then you will only need to audition as your own Green Elf Character. However, if you are applying as one of our Character Elves you will need to provide both a Green Elf and Character Elf audition.
